These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (indrakila.com) and your booking/stay at any of our properties — Govindam, Madhavam & Narayanam ("Properties").
By booking a stay with us, browsing our website, or contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment (partial or full, as communicated at the time of booking) and a confirmation message/email from Indrakila.
- Guests must provide accurate identification and contact details at the time of booking and check-in, in accordance with local guest-registration regulations.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp (+91-7676574414), email (stay@indrakila.com), or phone (+91-7676574414).
3. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and respect quiet hours, neighbours, and other guests.
- Smoking, parties/events, and pets may be restricted at certain properties — please check specific house rules provided at the time of booking.
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay will be charged to the guest.
- Indrakila reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay without refund in case of violation of house rules, illegal activity, or misconduct.
4. Payments
- Prices listed are per the applicable rate plan at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
- Accepted payment modes will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- All applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per prevailing government rates.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
6. Liability
- Indrakila is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., utility outages, natural events, government restrictions).
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their co-travellers during the stay.
7. Communication Consent
- By providing your contact details, you consent to receive booking confirmations, check-in details, and stay-related communication via WhatsApp, email, or phone call from Indrakila / Vaishnavi Hospitality Services.
- You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by informing us via email or WhatsApp.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Bookings made via Airbnb or other third-party platforms are additionally subject to that platform's terms and policies.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
